A proposed mixed use development, Strietmann Studios contains extended stay units, communal kitchen and common area, workout studio, laundry facility, and a restaurant/bar. The idea of intertwining interaction is weaved throughout, using design to facilitate interaction between users of the space. Slippery Soap, is the laundry facility containing a bar and seating allowing users a comfortable environment to wait for their clothing and socialize. Labyrinth is the interactive restaurant/bar. This restaurant plays with surrealism and community by featuring an elongated communal table serving as a focal point. To the right, an interactive bar is seen below, with giant board games and holographic interaction, users are able to interact effortlessly with their environment and others.
